I am so grateful for my family, I have been blessed with a great husband that is perfect for me and can put up with my crazy feisty personality, he is my best friend. I also have been blessed with two beautiful little girls, they make me smile everyday and make my life wonderful. I am so grateful that in the beginning of the fall while the Harker's were visiting we were able to get family pictures taken and capture this wonderful time in our lives. These are a few of my favorite pictures but first lets start with the silly ones.

This is the beautiful smile that we would get out of Olivia 95% of the time. Can you tell that she was having the time of her life!

Are there any words for this picture? Maybe SCAREY! But it captures my Jare's fun personality :)

This is Isabel's concerned face. :/

And this one has to be my favorite! I have no idea what I'm doing and this pretty much sums up what Olivia thought about taking pictures!

The rest of the pictures are the ones that came out nicely.

And here is a little picture of the Harker family, love them!

One of the cutest little families ever!

Trick or Treaters

This year my little trick or treater's were dressed up as a lady bug and a pirate. We had too much fun this year with a trunk or treat at our branch, we, Boo at the Zoo, trick or treating at a shopping center (I told myself a long time ago that I would never go to one of those but sometimes I find myself feeling cooped up in the house and doing lame things like trick or treating at malls), and trick or treating at our place so to say it lightly we have way to much candy it makes me sick just looking at it.

My little Lady Bug

Olivia really wanted Isabel to be a parrot.

She made a very scary pirate :)

Happy Halloween!

Trick -or- Treat

Olivia, Isabel and I went to the zoo for "Boo at the Zoo"

We found a pirate ship and of course we had to take a picture in front of it.

 We enjoyed a fun hayride.

Had fun going through the haunted tunnel and getting lots of candy.

Going for a Ride

Going on a ride with Grandpa and wearing his lovely head gear.

This girl could probably ride on the 4 wheeler all day long.

So fun!

Hanging out at the Splash Pad

Playing at the splash pad in Utah with Josh.

 They had so much fun!

Isabel and I also had so much fun sitting on the towel taking cute pictures.

Love that tongue!

Kindergarten

Olivia's first day of Kindergarten.

Where has the time gone?! I can't believe that she is already in Kindergarten. Leading up to this big day I kept thinking about the last 5 years that we had together at home and wondering if I wasted our precious time together before this big day came, hopefully not though.

This year Olivia is going to a charter school, its a 15-20 min drive from our home but so far I think its been worth the drive and am happy with our choice of enrolling her in a charter school, it works for us.

Olivia has mixed feelings about school she enjoys learning, her friends, music class, gym, the library and her teacher but struggles with the 8:00am - 3:10pm schedule (can you blame her), hopefully it will get easier with time. But for the most part we like school.

We're Going to Disneyland!!!

Okay actually we already went to Disneyland and we had the most magical time! I'm so grateful to my parents who made it possible for us to have this vacation with them. It was so fun for Olivia and she was so excited to go and had the best time. I'm so happy that we were able take her at an age where things are still magical.
We flew into Orange County and met my family at the airport and off we went to our hotel. We staid at Paradise Pier one of Disneyland's hotels and it was so fun. I wish I would have taken a picture of our room because everything about the decor was Disney.

Here's the whole family at the hotel.

And now for the best part DISNEYLAND!

Matt, Josh, my Parents, Me, Isabel, Jared, Olivia, Jade, Chris and Cass.

 Walking down Disneyland's Main Street.

We watched the Disney Parade!

We did lots of standing in lines.

Chris and Jade

These two did a really good job standing in lines, since we went the first week in August it was HOT and busy but with Fast Passes for most of the rides and being able to get into the park an hour early with our hotel passes it really wasn't too bad.

Waiting to get onto the Indiana Jones ride.

 Love my Girl!

And this sweet baby was such a good girl I was a little nervous about taking a baby but it really wasn't bad at all.

She did lots of sleeping and smiling for the most part.

Olivia wouldn't wear the Minnie ears but Isabel didn't seem to mind them.

After standing in all those lines we were able to ride some very fun rides.
Pirates of the Caribbeans was Olivia's first ride, she was a little nervous and thought the pirates were real and asked her Daddy what we would do if the pirates took us captive. :) After she was reassured that they weren't real she relaxed and had fun.

Our second ride was Splash Mountain I was a little nervous about what Olivia would think about this ride but there was no need for worry because she loved it!

My little brother Josh having fun.

Jade with Isabel riding the carousel in California Adventure.

You can't go to Disneyland without riding Dumbo, unless your Jared who is a party poop.

Olivia and I on Splash Mountain, we are the two on the top. She made me stand in line with her for an hour in half one afternoon because she did not want to wait for a fast pass. Her little smile after the ride made it all worth it though.

Olivia, my Dad, Chris and Jade.

It's a Small World. Isabel was asleep so I didn't go on this ride but Jared did and he fell asleep during it thats how fun it was :).

Olivia, Josh and Jared

Space Mountain! This was one of Olivia's favorite rides, I think she went on it about 4 times. unfortunately we didn't get a picture of her on it.

Riding the bus down Main Street. (I think it's safe to say the kids were a little tired)

Pirates!

 Cars Land
The new Cars Land in California Adventure was AMAZING! It was just like walking down Radiator Springs. Since this attraction opened in June the lines were over two hours long so to avoid the mess we arrived to the park at 6:30 in the morning so we could get in the lines at 7:00 and the longest line ended up only being about 20 minutes, it was CRAZY how early we had to be there but worth it!

Jared and Olivia in front of Flo's Cafe

Lightning McQueen! He drove around and talked.

Radiator Springs Racers

Josh and I on the tractor ride

Josh gave Cars Land two thumbs up.

Jade in front of Cozy Cones Hotel.

We also met a few Disney characters...

 Olivia with Handy Mandy

 Pinocchio and Geppetto

 The Queen of Hearts

The Mad Hatter

Woody! Olivia was so excited to meet Woody. She really wanted to meet Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Lightning McGueen, Mickey Mouse and Merida. We met all of them but Buzz Lightyear :(

Merida from Brave

Cinderella with her Godmother.

 Toon Town

Mickey Mouse

We watched Junior Disney Live

As you can tell Jared and Isabel were really into the show.

We also Ate LOTS of food!

We had such a great time, its sad that its already over but we made great memories and if you ask Olivia what she loved about Disneyland she will tell you that she loved Cars Land, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain and Pirates of Caribbean! Hopefully we will go back again soon!
